President is a variety of Plum which has been available in Australia for many years. PlantNet® now makes it available as a dwarf variety of Plum. It is well known for its large fruit.

Harvest begins in late February to early March. A deep purple skinned, oval shaped fruit with sweet, yellow flesh.

The variety being a prolific bearer will require staking. The variety is medium to high chilling and will require pollination by Angelina Plum or another variety that flowers at the same time.

Ideal for eating fresh, stewing or for preserving. A low maintenance tree for confined spaces because of its dwarfing tree size.
