Features

Santa Rosa Plum is a variety of plum which has been available in Australia for many years. PlantNet® now makes it available as a dwarf variety of plum.

Exclusive to PlantNet® it is a very well known and popular, medium chilling plum variety that produces round, medium sized, extra juicy fruit in late December to mid January.

This variety is a sweet tasting, yellow flesh, clingstone plum with dark red to purple skin colour with excellent cropping and can be grown in most temperate regions of Australia.

This variety is a prolific bearer with an upright growth habit which means it will require staking. This variety is partially self fertile but will also benefit from pollination from Narrabeen, Mariposa or Satsuma Plums.

Ideal for eating fresh, stewing, or for preserving. A low maintenance tree for confined spaces because of its semi-dwarfing tree size.

Uses
